The consortium TISAT LOGISTICS , was created on 23 February 2006, through consortium agreement between MAMUT DE COLOMBIA S.A., SIA ADUANAS GAMA S.A. company changed its company name to Custom Gama Agency and ROHDE & LIESENFELD LTDA, company acquired by Geodis Wilson France Group in march 2008.
The purpose of the creation of Tisat Logistics was to generate a company to provide a comprehensive service logistics in the consolidation and manage of cargo import, customs brokerage and national inland transport of cargo.
